One the worlds leading vendors URGENTLY requires a Swap Coordinator to work in a 3 month contract in Germany.
The ideal candidate will be familiar with Problem solving for all day to day related SWAP issues, Pre-cluster definition together with NWPL, Prepare execution of Site Surveys >= draft Cluster Project Plan, Inform all stakeholders about planned SWAP activities (customer, landlord, service provider, ), Attend Site Surveys/BTB (only if necessary), Evaluate Site Survey results together with the Service Provider, Create together with the Service Provider the SWAP Project Plan and ensure o2's approval, Get Nokia drive test route proposal from NWPL and ensure approval of drive test route, Ensure parameter creation, Ensure availability of transmission, Ensure successful execution of pre-drive test, Coordinate and ensure availability of pre-installed equipment, Verify that cluster is ready to SWAP ( Site Access, Transportation & cranes confirmed), Ensure smooth SWAP and solve any SWAP related problems/issues, Ensure that post SWAP activities are done properly (eg waste disposal), Manage the stability period of the assigned cluster, Ensure successful execution of post-drive tests, Ensure site & cluster acceptance, Manage any SWAP related claim, Day to day coordination with customer, Ensure quality of Site Survey & Site Specific Documentation (SSD)
