The SWAP Supervisor is end to end responsible for the defined cluster. His/Her task will start with the Pre-Cluster Definition and end with the Cluster Acceptance. S/He will interact with all involved stakeholders and ensure that the defined cluster will be swapped according to the agreed milestones, quality and costs.
Location: Hannover/Dresden/Munich
SWAP Supervisor is responsible in own responsibility area for
* Executing the cluster SWAP according to agreed scope and contractual commitment
* Ensure progress reporting within the defined tools (Milestones)
* Attend Project meetings and report SWAP progress to the RPM
* Schedule and run weekly meetings with the SWAP service provider
* Ensure the agreed quality
Day-to-day operative SWAP planning:
* Problem solving for all day to day related SWAP issues
* Pre-cluster definition together with NWPL
* Prepare execution of Site Surveys >= draft Cluster Project Plan
* Inform all stakeholders about planned SWAP activities (customer, landlord, service provider, )
* Attend Site Surveys/BTB (only if necessary)
* Evaluate Site Survey results together with the Service Provider
* Create together with the Service Provider the SWAP Project Plan and ensure o2's approval
* Get Nokia drive test route proposal from NWPL and ensure approval of drive test route
* Ensure parameter creation
* Ensure availability of transmission
* Ensure successful execution of pre-drive test
* Coordinate and ensure availability of pre-installed equipment
* Verify that cluster is ready to SWAP ( Site Access, Transportation & cranes confirmed)
* Ensure smooth SWAP and solve any SWAP related problems/issues
* Ensure that post SWAP activities are done properly (eg waste disposal)
* Manage the stability period of the assigned cluster
* Ensure successful execution of post-drive tests
* Ensure site & cluster acceptance
* Manage any SWAP related claim
* Day to day coordination with customer
* Ensure quality of Site Survey & Site Specific Documentation (SSD)
SWAP supervisor is responsible in own responsibility area for following areas to be able to execute the above mentioned tasks professionally:
Scope Management
* Monitor scope
* Ensure Customer acceptance for assigned sites & cluster
Cost Management
* Responsibility for the SWAP project cost baseline in own responsibility area. Costs include service costs and local materials.
* Responsibility for initiating customer invoicing after acceptance
Quality Management
* Monitoring and controlling quality (for way of working and site quality)
Resource Management
* Planning of resources within the SWAP cluster
* Organise and lead the Service Provider according to SWAP plan
Communication Management
* Setting up and maintaining clear and effective internal and external communication within the SWAP team
* Reporting of key performance indicators for PD/SPM/RPM
* Providing regular forecasts and progress reports for PD/SPM/RPM
* Site folders for sites and other needed documentation to be transferred to care
* Completing the hand over and needed documents
Risk Management
* Identify and analyse risks
* Plan and implement risk response actions and define contingency actions.
* Monitor and control risks continuously and maintain contingency plan
Procurement Management
* Project level roll-out volume forecasting for service providers
* Monitor project Work-In-Progress inventory levels and inventory accuracy including drop off points
Deliverables/performance measures:
* SWAPs work-in-progress
* On-time delivery of SWAP cluster to customer (site acceptance accuracy)
* Customer satisfaction
Business unit and reporting lines:
* Reporting lines: to Regional Project Manager (RPM), Senior Project Manager (SPM) or Project Director (PD).
Education and Work Experience
* Experience in management and project management in the area of telecommunications business and other infrastructure business.

Die SWAP Supervisor ist Anfang bis Ende verantwortlich für die definierten Cluster. Seine Aufgabe wird es mit dem Pre-Cluster Definition und enden mit dem Cluster Acceptance starten.
