Job description :
Product Design Engineer (PDE) IP is reporting to program manager (PM); Consultation with team & FTCI Engineers;
Assignment:
For his own perimeter on a given program, guide the detailed product design, according to Product Standards and Guidelines. Translate defined product performance criteria into CAD data. Is the interface with the Design Department.
Responsibilities:
For his perimeter, define technical solutions and CAD data (2D & 3D) for
Concept design, typical sections
Prototype design
Serial design specification
functional drawings
RPS
Tolerance stack book
GD&T (including KC for internal and customer needs)
Based on
Customer constraints and specifications.
Applicable regulations and legislation.

Technical Context is the following
PDE Experience with CAD Design standards, releasing & Drawing standards of the customer Daimler AG;
Create the Daimler Drawings and to support Daimler release process of them
Development experience within the range automobile interior especially door panels;
CATIA V5 EXPERT, DAG customer experience; FTCI experience
Q - Checker experience and handling with Daimler AG test macros; Enovia VPM data management experience; Handling PC standard software: Microsoft applications
German language knowledge: Negotiation surely (Very good)
English language knowledge: (Very good)
