Für unseren Kunden suchen wir ab dem 1.1.2013 einen Supporter für Netzwerk Services (m/w).Ihre Aufgaben umfassen im einzelnen:
WAN Support :
- Handling of incidents, troubleshooting and fault analysis of Backbone, MPLS Connections and Site2Site
VPN connections.
- Communication and coordination between Providers, local customer on site and 3rd level team.
Information of other support organizations, e.g. SD.
- Monitor the alarm system (ESCAL Console) and automatically created tickets, but also per Call-ins by Provider or local site contacts as well as from colleagues of other areas in Evonik IT.
- Performance - pre-analysis in case of reported performance impacts related to WAN connections, caused by high utilization, latency increases or packet loss.
- Communication to third level & provider - Participating in regular service calls together with 3rd level, provider management and Provider to keep them informed about Provider's performance and to help ensure/improve service quality.
Network Security Support:
- Handling of incidents
- Ruleset adjustment internal and external Proxy-Servers
- Ruleset adjustment Web Application Firewall (WAF)
- Ruleset adjustment SAP-Router
- Several Log-Analyses - Linux-Loghosts and Log-Appliances
- Incident- and casehandling over Assyst, SIEM, Log-Appliances and Loghosts. Adding new log sources to logging system
- Cisco Secure ACS – User Accounting (alle, nicht nurExterne)
- Add, delete or edit User Accounts in the ACS database for Remote Access
- Add or edit rules for Clientless VPN access for external Users in the ACS database
- Add or edit restricted role definitions at the clientless VPN device for external users
- Cisco VPN and Clientless VPN Troubleshooting, Logfile analysis
- Ruleset adjustment Firewall - Firewall Appliances, Ruleset-Configuration and Logfile-Analyses
- Monitoring of security components - eHealth, attention, daily monitoring events and alerts
