For a banking client in Luxembourg we are currently seeking for a an an external support to help on the selection of a ECM system.
The targeted profile must be a project coordinator experienced in ECM solution selection process with a strong IT expertise, able to work in a multi-application, multi-vendor environment. Other key qualities will be communication, resilience and client focus. English is a must.
The objective of the mission is to prepare a recommendation to the clients senior management for the potential implementation of a ECM tool in 2013. The main parts of the mission are:
- Presentation and validation of the approach to such a ECM project with local senior management
- Assessment of the ECM market and of existing solutions vs the current and future application landscape of the Bank
- Assessment of dependencies with current initiatives and projects (fax automation, STP, BPI etc)
- Inventory and documentation of the manual and automated data flows which may be in scope of this project
- Identification and analysis of existing opportunities within the AA group
- Definition of key pre-selection criteria, writing of the RFP, identification of potential software solutions, RFP process handling
- Financial analysis of pre-selected solutions
- Preparation of a recommendation document for the most adapted ECM solution
- High level plan for the implementation project.
