The role of a Regional Project Coordinator (RPC) consists in execution and coordination of all regional rollout activities on site by site basis (or link basis, or cluster basis) internal as well as customer projects with the aim to satisfy customer requirements and to reach the project goals.

Responsibilities:
• End-to-end responsibility with respect to technical execution and order fulfillment
• Taking full cost responsibility for his/her respected sites/links/cluster.
• Call off material and relevant services, according to agreed lead-times or SLA
• Cost efficient coordination of all internal and external resources which are required for the installation and integration of network elements (fixed network and/or mobile) in the telecommunications area incl. all other stakeholders like (BNetzA, landlord, authorities)
• Interception and steering of construction progress with reference to meeting one’s deadlines, costs and quality specifications as well as responsibility for internal inventory control.
• Review, control and revise (if needed) of performance records (BoQ )and consumption certificates of the involved subcontractors as well as relevant negotiations and preparation of subsequent payment runs.
• Responsibility regarding compiling and handing over the site documentation to the customer in due time
• To act as customer interface and to interact regularly with the customer to offer additional services quickly and flexibly and to generate new or additional business.
• First contact person with regard to customer escalations and therefore warranty of outstanding customer satisfaction.

Skills:
- Basic requirement is a professional qualification in the field of IT or communication technology, a technical / business-management university degree or a comparable qualification.
- Experience as Service Coordinator or Project Manager or multiannual experience as Field Technician or Construction Manager is highly recommended.

Qualification:
• Good knowledge regarding construction activities during installation of telecommunication network and the components
• Basic project management skills (time, cost, quality)
• Trained handling of database for specific progress monitoring of dates
• Structured method of operation, business mindset, cost awareness
• Basic knowledge in the field of quality management is highly appreciated
• Experience with reference to subcontractor management, coordination of internal resources and with interaction with customers within the telecommunications area and their business situation
• Good ability to communicate, capacity for teamwork
• Good knowledge of the English language (spoken and written)
• MS Office, Adobe, SAP, Site Handler
