My client a large transportation organisation are searching for an ITSM specialist to work in their head quarters in Berlin on a long term contract basis,
The ITSM Change Management Process Specialist will be responsible to support the ongoing operation of the change management process on a daily basis while also supporting the implementation of a comprehensive change management process including the implementation of the supporting ITSM toolset.
Knowledge in ITIL is important,
-English speaking
-Experience in process design and implementation
-Experience in tool deployment implementation and Testing
