Position: MFG PRO Functional Consultant
Duration: 3-6 months
Location: Burscheid, Germany
Job Description
The position will be responsible for providing solutions in the area of MFG PRO functionality, ensure successful delivery, individually participate and contributes on any issues that may affect application functionality.
- Good understanding of all modules of MFG/Pro.
- Should have extensive work experience on support projects.
- Analysis, design and development of applications using MFG/Pro and Progress
- Interact with business customers for basic new requirements and issue analysis.
- Regularly monitor all logged issues.
- Plan and prioritize workload among team members.
- Perform root cause analysis on issues in a large production environment.
- Assist in the development of work processes to ensure the proper and successful use of the applications.
- Knowledge of QAD applications like EDI will be added advantage.
- Demonstrates key competencies at the desired levels as defined in the framework for this position.
- Should be able to communicate in German
