On behalf of our client, an international telecommunications company, Manning Global Group is currently looking for a NOC Manager in Germany on contract basis, starting very shortly.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the Network Operations Centre (Front & Back Office) for the client’s portion of the network
- Managing the staff and their responsibilities to meet relevant KPIs
- Liaising closely with all management, especially with the operations department & attend to all necessary project work
- Providing daily, weekly as well as on-demand reports such as network reports, status reports, graphs etc.
- Monitoring the state of the running of the NOC, make plans to improve, implementing the improvement plan
- Advising of deficiencies, performance improvement suggestions/ recommendations relating to the organization, man-power planning, training, tools, etc.
Qualifications:
- Educational background in Telecommunications
- work experience as manager in a telecommunications NOC environment
- comprehensive knowledge on multi-vendor networks, esp. in RAN and Core networks
- fluent German and English language skills
