Our global client is currently looking for an SAP Operations Monitoring Expert for a period of 3 months to be held onsite in Berlin, Germany. Your responsibilities are to review existing requirements for SAP Monitoring, define and document the most appropriate thresholds for system monitoring, work with the RIM provider and the ITSM team to integrate the output from SAP monitoring tools into the chosen monitoring application, as well as set up SAP Solution Manager and other system reporting tools in the new environment.
