Configuration Manager (ClearCase, make, C/C++, Embedded, Real Time)
Configuration manager with ClearCase and knowledge of Embedded c/C++ and Real Time systems required on contract with a leading semiconductor chip manufacturer. This is 12 month contract based in Dresden with a rate of €50 to €60 per hour.
Skills & Experience
High level of experience with configuration management
High level of experience with ClearCase
Good understanding of GNU make
Basic understanding of C/C++
Basic understanding of software design (Embedded and Real Time)
Responsibilities
System software build and test
Support and further develop automated build and test systems
Gain knowledge of the systems under test,
Develop an understanding of test cases and the underlying software
Make use of defect tracking tools
Liaise with development team on technical problems
Assist with integration and testing within the development process
