For a customer of Experis we looking for a Consultant with DXlink / CA Catalog EEM (m/f).Task:
- Establish connection of multiple domains (trusted and non-trusted) to CA Catalog using EEM/CA Directory.
Skills:
- Customer need assistance to do the things right, deep technical knowledge is requested (also CA Catalog EEM-Embedded Entitlement Management).

Statement:
All Service Catalog authentication goes through EEM, so we need the users to be recognised there. Am I correct that you're currently running with EEM configured to use an external Directory for LDAP info, and the problem is that you wish to also authenticate against a second domain?
EEM supports connecting to only a single directory at a time. So you cannot connect to multiple directories at the same time. But there can be two approaches to solve this problem:
Firstly, you can connect to a global LDAP forest that will have data for all the directories. Once that has been performed by your LDAP admin, you can point EEM at port 3268 and the base dn of the forest.
Secondly, however, it is possible to use the dxlink functionality of CA Directory. Note: DXlink necessitates users to be unique across all the domains. Also, Dxlink requires a clear text password in the setup. This may not be acceptable to all users.
