About the role:
My international client is looking for a consultant to look after their customer base of Area Market Data & Analytics. As an experienced Support Consultant you must have practical experience in Customer Service, very good understanding of processes and technical issues. Extensive experience with MS Office products especially Excel and PowerPoint will be expected. Also a basic understanding of SAP (R3, CRM, and BW) is required.
Very good German and English language skills are mandatory.

About the client:
