Für einen unserer Kunden sind wir auf der Suche nach (freiberuflicher) Unterstützung für folgendes Projekt:ID-1274: Project Office support for Link Up Markets Migration Project
Field of Activity:
- Support in Project Management tasks, especially:
- Meeting organisation with external parties (Link Up Markets Partner CSDs, SWIFT)
- Preparation of presentations
- Documentation of meeting minutes and review of meeting minutes
- Communication to other departments/dependent projects
- Migration planning
- Support preparation of external communication material
- Business Case preparation
- Coordination of the issuance and review of legal documents (updates to existing contracts)
Qualifications/Skill Profiles:
- Efficient working mode
- Flexible in terms of the 50% availability during the week, willingness to work overtime in case of urgent tasks or deliveries
- Coverage of two project locations (Frankfurt and Luxembourg)
- German and English fluently
- Presentation skills
- Organisational skills (project organisation)
- Backround in Finance and/or Business Case modelling
- Project Office experience
- Good communication skills, ability to moderate meetings with internal and/or external meeting participants
Assignment details:
- 50%
- Duration: asap, plus three months in 2013, extention is anticipated
- Location: Frankfurt/Luxembourg
