Rate: €180 - €230 Euros per day
A multinational consultancy has an urgent requirement for Technical Support/Field IT
Skills
*Intel based Servers and Non Intel based Servers
*Knowledge of IP telephony (Voip)
*Good Exposure to Network (LAN, Switches, Routers)
*Hands on technical support of OFFICE support (office suite, PC/Laptop install and configuration)
*Active Directory
*Windows
*Support organisation
Job Description:
*Duration: Jan 2013 - June 2013
*Travel of 2-3 days average per week
*S/He needs to be customer focused where his main interaction will be with end customers for the installation of patches/software etc
Other information
- Hotel, Travel and Food can be claimed on expenses. Please note there is a maximum limited per day.
- Car will be provided by the client
- Car insurance - will be provided
- Personal insurance will not be covered
The ideal candidate should be willing to work in shifts
Must be fluent in German and English (Written and verbal)
