My Munich-based client currently has demand for a Service Delivery Manager to start work in a permanent position.As the successful candidate, your duties will include:
- Resource planning, ensuring that partners meet KPIs and SLAs
- Promoting innovation and cost efficiency
- Working closely with 3rd party PMO
Inaddition to this, you will have the ability to:
- Produce results and meet goals in a fast-paced environment and think in a creative way
Other requirements:
English and German Speaking
ITIL Certification or equivalent qualitification or work experience
