Für unseren Kunden suchen wir einen erfahrenen CAD Documenter für das Application Engineering Department im Norden Münchens.Concerning our vacant Documenter position the field of work will mainly cover drawing up, including
layout/ graphic work, and translating manuals for all kind of equipment. As already mentioned above
it is also expected that the applicants support and counsel the responsible engineers in all questions
regarding documentation material.
Documenters are assigned for the preparation of a various number of documentation types like
operator, maintenance and short manuals as well as machine marking. The applicants are also in
charge of performing graphic adjustments which will be embedded in the manuals, organizing the
follow-up within an approval process and maintaining created documents in our documentation
management system. They also take care for the completeness of the manuals and should keep our
existing repertoire of manuals up to date.
Especially for this position we are focusing on applicants, who have fulfilled a practical/ vocational
training as a documenter, technical author, technician, design engineer or are provided with a
proven long-term experience and expertise in this subject area. It is also expected that the
candidates has expertise in European documentation requirements, especially for CE marking, which
are applicable for the preparation of internal and external documentation. Furthermore knowledge
on the use of Microsoft Word and pdf.-tools are mandatory for this position. The applicants should
also be skilled in the generation and manipulation of graphics.
For the positions it is mandatory that the candidates are able to work in a team because during the
extension of projects we prefer a very close, direct liaison and cooperation with related disciplines
like suppliers, customer, workshops as well as a range of engineers, working in departments like R&D
or Central Application.
It is also requested that work result are internal as well as external
customer-oriented.
In this context it is also important for our client that the candidates are provided with
the necessary sense of analytical thinking and structured problem-solving-approaches.
As already mentioned there are a various number of projects in the Application Engineering
department and therefore it is compulsory that the applicants for the position are able to manage
multiple projects at the time, communicate in an adequate way and act interpersonal as well as
intercultural. Furthermore the candidates should be prepared to maintain willingness for hands-on mentality.
