Objectives:- To achieve Client's targets by maintaining customer satisfaction and
continuously improving product value and process efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- First technical contact to all questions from assigned customers and client on HW design issues (HW design change request, HW design review, Production engineering requirements,,,)
- Project meeting support
- Support HW design verification activities in Germany ( EMC test/Life time test at customer site/German test laboratory, Bench test/vehicle test with customer,,,)
- Support proto sample delivery ( Delivery report, Reflashing samples, HW function check, HW modification if necessary,,,)
- Support SW development activities ( Hardware tool/equipment preparation for SW development, Error analysis and report to customer/client
- Document management ( HW Q and A list, HW layout and BOM, HW validation report, Product history,,,)
