Für einen in Berlin ansässigen Kunden im E-Commerce Umfeld suchen wir einen Project Manager für ein laufendes internationales Projekt.Standort: London, Luxemburg oder Berlin (Berlin mit erhöhter Reisetätigkeit).
Projektzeitraum: asap für ca. 3 Monate
The client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of an extremely time critical project that is key to its international expansion efforts. This person will work with closely with internal business units, based in Berlin, Luxemburg, London and San Francisco, to define, track and deliver against the project milestones. This role will have the following priorities:
• Planning - create and maintain integrated cross-functional project plans, ensuring key milestones, activity goals and quality expectations are met.
• Risk and Issue Management – identify and track project risks and issues, escalating as appropriate.
• Communication – coordinate project update meetings, provide timely reporting and manage project stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
• Experience in Internet/e-Commerce Marketplaces a must together with strong understanding of Internet business platform and key business functions.
• Knowledge of the Ticketing market in Sports and/or Entertainment a definite plus
• A background in finance and/or regulatory/legal environments is desired
• Demonstrated skills in fact-based analysis, presentation, and interpersonal interaction
• Skilled in organizing resources and establishing priorities. Ensure timelines are met and quality expectations are delivered.
• Ability to effectively lead a team as well as contribute as an individual across project management, data gathering, analysis and communication.
• Strong problem solver, successful resolution of project issues by helping the team in efforts to identify root cause based on key date points, brainstorm options, and implementation of solution.
• Minimum of 8 years project management experience with experience of managing large projects and coordinating cross-functional teams
• Experience in a full life cycle implementation
• Skilled in organizing resources and establishing priorities to ensure timelines are met and quality expectations are delivered.
• Experience of working with teams based different countries and time-zones.
