The GSP handles on behalf of client authorized and assigned CHANGES and Workflow Tasks in the following Topics:
• Install Netware/OES platform
• Decommision Netware/OES platform
• Implement generic changes to Novell/OES systems
• Inplace Novell/OES service pack / OS version upgrades
• Fileshare administration
• Migrate Netware to OES
• Rollout preparation + execution for Hot-Fixes
• Reboot changes
• Processing changes
• Documentations of activities completed in the change tickets
• AHD
• Novell/ OES Servers
The project language is German and English.
