We need for a client project an experienced Second Level Supporter m/f.The GSP handles on behalf of client authorized and assigned changes and Workflow Tasks in the following Topics:
? Expand storage ? Inplace OS update ? Fileshare administration ? Generic Netapp changes ? Migrateserver workflows ? Reboot changes ? Setup new NetApp appliances ? Decommissioning of old NetApp appliances ? Processing changes ? Documentations of activities completed in the change tickets ? AHD ? NetAPP Filer.
The project language is German and English.
