We are looking for Software Configuration Management (SCM Analyst) for an urgent opening with one of our esteemed clients.Requirement:

Job Description:
Build and Deployment Skills:
- Experience in FIT (specific to Java), experience in PowerShell/WebLogic, Scripting ability (python etc.)
- Ability to install 3rd part products our environments (complex configuration so excellent technical/troubleshooting skills needed)
- Raising HPSC change requests for the EC team
- fixing/controlling/extending CI for apps (CI Tool is Team City)
- Improving the automatic deployment process for Apps (technical proposals, not process)
- Extending the automated deployment process for Apps to work with puppet (deployment framework)
Release Management to support the transition of development projects as well as Non Project related changes into the Live estate, this will include but not limited to the following:
- Defining and updating the Release management plans to meet the delivery schedules for the transition of projects from ADM into Production
- Defining, implementing & managing CM plans for Trading Applications/Infrastructure changes
- Maintain the Release & Configuration Management Plans
- Manage deployments of releases onto Environments (Production & Non -production)
- Support the Transition Analysts as well as the Release & Deployment manager in outline and managing the Release schedules to meet the delivery of changes for the transition of projects /Non project related change
- Provide overall co-ordination of Release management & Implementation plans
- Act as the Single point of contact for Application Operations regarding Release & Configuration management
- Co-ordinate and Manage key stakeholder expectations for Release & Configuration Management planning across the ADM, Application Operations and Infrastructure supplier teams
- Windows Server , SQL Sever/Oracle DB, Powershell, CI-Team City
- Extensive experience across a number of technologies - Endur product Knowledge, Ant, SVN, Maven, Java, Oracle10G, QTP Skills, AVS Scripting, Tibco Business Works, .Net
- Min 5 years experience of Managing complex Env'ts configurations
- Min 5 years experience of Continous Integration & Continous Deployment methods
- Extensive experience in Continous Integration tools - specifically Team City
- Min 5 years experience in performing deployments of releases - manual, scripted, fully automated
- Extensive Experience in managing VM server builds via automated frameworks - ie puppet
- Excellent communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders
- Able to define, agree and manage against agreed acceptance critieria for R&D, capacity management requirements for applications and environments
- Ability to define and manage Early Life support periods for Non project based changes
- Min 5 years experience in Scripting deployments/Scripting capabilities
- Managing systems downtimes OOH
- Shutting down/bringing up multiple technology based applications
- Morning/Evening checks (Technical checks to verify systems running as per defined procedures)
- User set up, unlocking accounts
- Ticket handling(HPSC)
