The Client
Our client is a major European investment bank with presence worldwide. With its strategic position in both Western and Eastern Europe, it currently holds one of the region's highest market share. They are now looking for experienced Sophis Business Analysts.
The Position
The Sophis Business Analyst will join the Equity Derivatives Team. This is a contract position, initially for 6 months or 1 year, to be based in Munich, Germany.
- Perform business analysis on new projects and existing Legacy applications and interfaces for IT
- Creation of functional and technical requirements specifications for the development team
- Liaison with project managers and business users to understand and formulate business requirements where required
- Creation of test plans for developments, enhancements and upgrades
- Mentoring and coaching of developers
- Re-engineering or improving documentation for existing functionality
- Input into overall application design and architecture
The Candidate
- Significant knowledge of Equity Derivatives
- At least 3-4 years of experience in Business Analysis and Sophis
- Excellent English communication skills
