Windows Server Incident Handling, Support, 1st/2nd Line Server support and Incident handling
Applicants must be based in Germany and fluent in German and English
Skills and experience required:-
- Windows Server
- SQL Server operating knowledge
- Web technologies like HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, etc.
- Understanding of Disaster recovery and Failover
- Must be customer and service quality focussed thinking
Responsibilities:-
- 1st and 2nd Level Server Incident handling
- Minor enhancements (e. g. navigation changes)
- Incident handling (e. g. customer reports publishing issues, deployment issues, etc)
- Support installation of new patches (Installation, testing)
- Analyse and solve server based 1st and 2nd Level incidents
- Apply and test new patches and configuration changes
