Position Goals
In a Solvency II implementation project, one of the IT-deliverables is an application which loads and transforms all required data for producing quantitative Solvency II reports from several upstream systems and then feeds data downstream into a third-party application which will produce the final reports to be submitted to the regulators. In this context, we are looking for an experienced senior business and data analyst to support the analysis and design of the reporting data store, its inbound interfaces to upstream systems as well as data mappings to the third-party reporting applications’ data model.
Tasks
• Business analysis based on EIOPA quantitative report templates definition
• Specification of data interfaces, both from a structural and dynamical viewpoint
• Data mappings, structure and value
• Data analysis, validation and testing against specifications
• Documentation of analysis results and specification artifacts
• Process management for the implementation of interfaces with supplier teams
Requirements
• Minimum 3-5 years expertise Business and Data analysis
• Extensive expertise in writing down business and technical specifications
• Active communicator and team worker
• Basic Oracle SQL database knowledge
• Strong Excel analysis skills
• Basic XML file format knowledge
• Knowledge of other programming languages is a plus
• Fluent spoken and written English, knowledge of German is a plus
• Solvency II as well as Reinsurance knowledge is a plus
