Pivotal CRM ConsultantProven experience in delivering successful Pivotal CRM projects. Need to have good stakeholder management and communication skills, should be able to communicate with IT & business teams to achieve desired business performance.
MUST be able to lead the Pivotal CRM team in following the correct processes and deliverables within the given client timelines.
MUST have worked on a minimum of 2 full end to end life cycle Pivotal CRM projects across Europe and a minimum of 2-4 years' experience in implementing Pivotal CRM
Possesses good knowledge of full life cycle project methodology.
Experience in structured methodologies (SSADM, RAD, DSDM, UML etc.)
Hands-on experience in customisation of Pivotal CRM including development and testing of Pivotal Agents, User Interface Forms, Web Services, Custom SQL queries, production of management information reports using Business Objects, Crystal Reports XI etc.
Experience in Pivotal CRM Administration (301), Customisation Fundamentals (200), Pivotal Agents (201)
Experience in Data migration and live integration with other 3rd party databases into Pivotal CRM system using ETL tools.
