Our client, a major European Investment Bank, is looking for a talented and enthusiastic IT Security Project manager to join their team in Frankfurt, Germany.
The objective is to run a global, Bank-wide IT Security Awareness Campaign to make the Bank's staff aware of IT Security threats. We will inform the Bank's staff on how to behave correctly in general and in specific situations, where to get more information, and whom to contact in case of any questions or (potential) IT Security incidents. The aim is to initiate behavioural change of all staff, gain personal involvement and buy-in. By repeating the campaign's key messages in a different style and via various channels over the next two years we seek to maintain a constant, long-term level of awareness for IT security and the right individual behaviour.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the management of rollout related sub-projects and work packages in a global, bank-wide communication campaign on IT Security
- Management of budget and cost; handling of vendor contracts, purchase orders and invoices
- Effective and efficient application of tools, methods and industry standards of project and rollout management
- Responsible to ensure project adherence to governance processes
- Identification & management of key stakeholder relationships
- Development of blueprint for a global, bank-wide communication campaign rollout
- Transfer of rollout blueprint to the rollout of multiple campaign modules throughout
- Reporting of rollout progress to involved parties incl. Steering Committee
PM/PMO Deputy:
- Creation of senior management updates; planning, design and production of presentations for senior management
- Management of budget and cost; handling of vendor contracts, purchase orders and invoices
- Preparation, coordination and execution of review meetings, project meetings and workshops incl. coordination of topics, creation of agenda, tracking of action lists
- Review of project updates and progress and their alignment to overall IT Security Strategy
Skills/Experience:
- Proven work experience and expertise in IT topics (min. 3 years), knowledge of IT Security topics
- Min. 3 years work-experience in global bank
- Excellent project management skills, proven track record in project management (min. 5 years)
- Proven work experience in global communication and/or change management projects, responsible for coordination of communication events
- Professional experience in contract management and vendor management
- Proven track record in the preparation of reports, updates and presentations for senior management
- Proven track record in stakeholder management; able to liaise with stakeholders from various backgrounds and across hierarchies
- Experienced and able to work under pressure with multiple teams across the globe in various time zones
- High degree of self-initiative, self-dependent work style, stakeholder-orientation and organizing ability
- Excellent comprehension skills and focused work attitude
- Excellent English skills (verbally and in writing)
- Excellent German skills (verbally and in writing)
- Excellent MS Office skills (Powerpoint, Excel, Project)
