For our customer we are looking for a test Manager (m/w) to provide support to the decentralized test teams and the central test management Team within the project.- Develop processes
- Introduce processes to project teams in cooperation with decentral test teams.
- Support/generate activity planning and prioritization for Central Test Management Team
- Create/update concepts
- Support creation/update TestKPI reporting
- Create analyzis
- organize and chair meetings (standard + Adhoc)
Skills:
- Management experience in quality assurance and testing
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, prioritize work, multi-task and meet scheduled deadlines
- Good knowledge of MS Office products
- Strong initiative, proactive and systematic approach to work
- Fluent English
- intercultural/social competence
- Strong process analysis skills
- ISTQB-Certified Tester - Foundation Level
- MS Visual Basic Knowledge
- HPQC-Knowledge
