Tätigkeit:For one of our clients within the banking sector we require an experienced consultant (m/w) with excellent program and project management know-how. The tasks which have to be accomplished are as following: analysis of existing IT Security KPIs and metrics against, ISO 27001 Framework, IT Security Strategy Framework (8 domains), industry knowledge and best practice, real management reporting needs in DB. Analysis of existing KPI reporting tools (e.g.) KPIs included in tool, creation of KPIs. Design & Definition of Target IT Security KPIs. Analysis and design of implementation. Implementation of new KPIs in management reporting (Balanced Scorecard, monthly IT Security Status reports etc.) and tool. Requested Skill type notes: expertise in IT Security (Certificate in IT Security would be a plus), excellent project management skills, proven track record in project management, at least 2 years of working experience in a global enterprise company, ISO 27001 knowledge, profound knowledge and experience in IT Security industry practice, an understanding of existing KPI/MIS reporting tools available on the market, extensive experience of preparing reports, updates and presentations for Senior Management (including Balanced Scorecard. Also required: strong analytical and conceptual skills, experienced and able to work under pressure with multiple teams across the globe in various time zones, outstanding comprehension skills and focused work attitude tasks, excellent English skills (verbal and in written), excellent German skills (verbal and in written) and excellent MS Office skills (Powerpoint, Excel, Project).
