• Elicit and analyse requirements (change requests and new features)
• Develop requirement specifications and user stories
• Manage sprints and represent country/global requirements during development process
• Close working relationship and alignment with Scrum Master, Scrum and QA teams in the role of Product Owner
• Support of Lookahead-, Grooming-, Sprint planning meetings
• Create acceptance test cases and accept implementation
• Provide business/ functional support to Roll-outs
• Develop, manage and maintain end2end processes, including maintaining the documentation
• Develop, manage and maintain a detailed product catalogue
• Consults internal departments regarding best practices and standardized processes
Erforderliches Know-How:
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
• Several years of experience in requirements capturing, management and business analysis
• Extensive SCRUM hands-on experience as product owner – from writing user stories to working with development teams as product owner
• Very good knowledge of requirements capturing methods and tools
• High problem solving competence and customer orientation
• Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
Kenntnisse - nice to have:
• Good Spanish language skills, both written and spoken
• Good Italian language skills, both written and spoken
• Experience in working with Off-shore development teams
