Our client is currently looking for a Technical Expert (m/f) for a project in Munich.Task description
* You will be the key person (m/f) to initiate, coordinate, built, deploy and maintain all types of infrastructure elements, such as operation systems, applications, and databases
* Additionally you are the main contact (m/f) for the customer in regards of any RBA related topics
*You coordinate all activities with the customer and the offshore team
* SLA based working (Incident, Problem and Change related work)
Skills
* Good knowledge of Installation, Administration and Configuration
* Experience in Flow Design and Flow Development
* Windows Server Operation System Knowledge
* Customer orientation and understatement of complex customer processes
* Ability to coordinate intercultural teams
* HP Operations Orchestration 9.X
Nice to have:
* Basic Scripting knowledge for UNIX/Linux platforms and for Windows platforms
* Knowledge of ITIL (V2, V3) including Incident System (I3S)
* Basic SQL 2008 knowledge
