Next Ventures are currently hiring for a Solution Designer for Contact Centre Telephony Applications for a 3 month project based in Munich, Germany.Duration - 3 months + extensions
Location - Munich, Germany.
Rate - Negotiable
Language -English
Responsible to develop and improve applications and routing for a CISCO call manager infrastructure.
Required Skills:
Experience with contact centre technology and processes including ACD, CM, IVR (CVP) modules
Experience with large scale CTI/CSTA/JTAPI/TAPI integrations running on CTIOS
Know how in the area of classical PSTN and IP telephony: DSS1, SIP, QSIG, ISDN
Experience with Citrix, VDI, VMWare, ESX, V-Block
Network know how ie CN, VoIP, FW, DHCP, DNC, VPN
Database know how in SQL or Oracle
