Aufgabe:Prepare and run negotiation dossiers as a project. Develop sourcing and negotiation approach. Conduct RFIs/RFPs/RFQs and ensure Procurement process compliance. Assess and contract suppliers. Organize a proper contract management and hand-over contracts to teams.
This commodity requires a high level Buyer with specific commodity experience and leadership skills along with the ability to explore new and existing markets in great depth and propose and support the implementation of optimum solutions for the company on a global basis.
Key responsibilities and challenges:
- Develop sourcing approach and negotiation strategy, contract models & risk mitigations
- Organize requirements definition and develop so called value dossiers to run RFPs
- Lead negotiation and contracting process
- Organize proper contract management
- Hand-over contracts to contract management & operational teams
Anforderung:
5 - 10 years IT Procurement experience in a multi-sourcing environment
Strong negotiation skills, solid understanding of contractual wording
Strong SAP R/3 and MS office skills (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) required
Experience with electronic RFx and online negotiation tools preferred (ideally newtron)
Language skills: English mandatory (negotiation level)
