As Consultant Service Desk Tool you will take responsibilities' for customizing and changes of BMC Service Desk Express Tool.
Your responsibilities
- Customizing of BMC Service Desk Express
- Implement changes
- creating Reports
- advise User
- Incident Management
Your Profile:
- Experience in Customizing and change management of BMC Service Desk Express
- Experience in Incident Management and user support
- Fluent in English
- German will be an advantage
