Our client - a global engineering group with about 15,500 employees in over 40 countries - is looking for a Project Manager (BPM) Business Process Management (f/m) for the office in Stuttgart, Germany Project Manager (BPM) Business Process Management (f/m) in unlimited permanent position

Main responsibilities:

Managing of the Business process management program (Implementation of Business process management platform)Implementation of BPM Portfolio Management and Project Management, overall service delivery performance standards and metricsProject management and planning
Establish and maintain an effective BPM project portfolio management process, ensuring on-time, to-budget, to-specification delivery of prioritised process improvements initiatives
Establish a communication concept and project services
Manage the transformation and changes of business organization through the BPM program
Develop a business interaction model and a methodology to measure customer satisfaction across BPM customers
Cultivate PM excellence Other duties as assigned

Your skills:

Technical IT Degree, ideally with a sub subject in IT Project Management
Excellent knowhow in implementation of BPMS Systems (such as WebSphere, WebMethods, Savion -Sonic etc.)
Ideally Certification in Project Management (AGAIL project methods (scrum) and PRINCE 2 or similar)
Know-how in Web Technologies and a good insight into ERP-systems
Ideally Experience in CA Clarity PPM software
Excellent knowhow of business processes in "sales", "production" & "supply chain management" Experience in IT Integration Technology (ESB Enterprise Service Bus Systems)
Experience in ERP-systems such as JDE Edwards or Microsoft NAV etc.
Fluent English ideally additional language (German, Italian?)
Change Management Ability to work independently and to carry a high amount of responsibility
Self-motivation with ability to coordinate projects and report status and progress
Willingness to travel and work effectively in a remote situation
Strong business acumen with significant business interaction experience, including establishing and managing service level agreements
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; strong organization and facilitation skills
Ability to work in a highly dynamic team and fast-paced environment with continuous challenges
