Our client is currently looking for an Operation Consultant (m/f) in Business Process Automation for a project in Hannover.Task description
* Operation and maintenance of Business Process Automation Tools and Processes (UC4 Operations Manager with components Axway Secure Transport) in main ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, Business Continuity)
* Define automation procedures according to customer requests, Identify and implement service improvements, participate in projects, Operational Acceptance for new projects, provide technical guidance and solutions, documentation
* Ensure all defined SLA's and KPI’s are met or exceeded, system and data analysis, liaise with and support other Teams when required
* Participate in on-call duties (OOH) on a team rota basis
* Maintenance, Performance, Capacity and Business Continuity Management: implement patches, upgrades and bug fixes, ensure correct software versions, update automation configuration, ensure system stability, understand, participate and define Disaster Recovery procedures and support regular DR tests
* Support HP FMO Tools and Processes, e.g. in User Acceptance Tests or in train the trainer concepts
Skills
* Strong understanding of customers and Business Requirements
* Ability to specialize in dedicated customer processes (e.g. HVP, HR)
* Deep knowledge of Business Process Automation Tools (especially UC4, Control-M appreciated, Secure Transport / Managed File Transfer and others helpful) and Processes.
* Understanding of UNIX, WINDOWS, PERL, SQL, FTP, SFTP, SSH transmission protocols and technologies
* Knowledge of ITIL processes and the interaction and dependencies of processes.
* Strong interpersonal, team working and communication skills
* Strong business and customer focus
* In-depth English and German language skills
