Tätigkeit:We require a very experienced consultant (f/m) for one of our clients out of the banking sector. The objective is to run a global, Bank-wide IT Security Awareness Campaign to make the Banks staff aware of IT Security threats. We will inform the Banks staff on how to behave correctly in general and in specific situations, where to get more information, and whom to contact in case of any questions or (potential) IT Security incidents.The aim is to initiate behavioural change of all Bank staff, gain personal involvement and buy-in. By repeating the campaigns key messages in a different style and via various channels over the next two years we seek to maintain a constant, long-term level of awareness for IT security and the right individual behaviour. The following skill type notes are requested: proven work experience and expertise in IT topics (min. 3 years), knowledge of IT Security topics. Min. 3 years work-experience in global bank. Excellent project management skills, proven track record in project management (min. 5 years). Proven work experience in global communication and/or change management projects, responsible for coordination of communication events. Professional experience in contract management and vendor management. Proven track record in the preparation of reports, updates and presentations for senior management. Proven track record in stakeholder management, able to liaise with stakeholders from various backgrounds and across hierarchies. Experienced and able to work under pressure with multiple teams across the globe in various time zones. High degree of self-initiative, self-dependent work style, stakeholder-orientation and organizing ability. Excellent comprehension skills and focused work attitude, excellent English skills (verbally and in writing), excellent German skills (verbally and in writing), excellent MS Office skills (Powerpoint, Excel, Project). The consultant will be responsible for the management of rollout related sub-projects and work packages in a global bank-wide communication campaign on IT Security, he has to manage the budget and cost handling of vendor contracts, purchase orders and invoices, has to applicate effective and efficient of tools, methods and industry standards of project and rollout management and also to ensure project adherence to governance processes, identification & management of key stakeholder relationships, to develope and implemate of blueprint for a global, bank-wide communication campaign rollout and for the report of rollout progress to involve parties incl. Steering Committee. The Deputy for PMO responsible is as follows: Creation of senior management updates planning, design and production of presentations for senior management. Management of budget and cost, handling of vendor contracts, purchase orders and invoices. Preparation, coordination and execution of review meetings, project meetings and workshops incl. coordination, of topics, creation of agenda, tracking of action lists. Review of project updates and progress and their alignment to overall IT Security strategy. The projects starts on the 14 th of January until the 31st of December 2013.
