Wir suchen für unseren Kunden aus der Schienenfahrgzeugindustrie folgende Qualifikation: Configuration Management Manager:The Configuration Management (CM) Manager plans, integrates, develops, maintains and monitors the
application of the BT configuration management process and ensure that the change implementation is properly applied and principles are rigorously respected.
- The CM Manager assures
• Establishing network including all involved functions in the configuration and change management process
• Identification of configuration and change management responsible personnel in all required level of the organization, within the project team, and that they are adequately trained and empowered
• Managing of interfaces between configuration and change management process, e.g. by assuring that a
change management process is in place on the projects from day 1, Assuring documentation control (numbering and version control, storage, naming convention), release management,
• That related process, tools, policies and procedure are in place to cover the whole configuration and
change management process chain – with agreed transfer mechanisms of data between tools , if necessary
• Identification and definition of configuration and change management deliverable (all functions) including harmonization and reviews
• Effectively operation of configuration and change management process throughout the project lifecycle
by using of KPI’s and hand-over of configuration and change management processes, responsibilities and data at the end of key phases (realization, field support)
- Key responsibilities and challenges
• Establishing network including all involved functions in the configuration and change
management process and identification of configuration and change management
responsible personnel in all required level of the organization, within the project team, and
that they are adequately trained and empowered incl. CoC.
• Establishing and managing related process, tools, policies and procedure to cover the whole
configuration and change management process chain
• Establishing and managing configuration and change management deliverables incl. harmonization and reviews
• Assuring operation of configuration and change management process by using of KPI’s
• Typically 3 – 5 years experience in relevant role
• Understand configuration and change management, and how its related processes such as Requirements Mgt, Data Management and Document Control inter-relate in the Business Process
• Assertive – to ensure all team members do not bypass configuration and change management policies and procedures
• Preferably experience of using all the configuration and change management tools – at minimum to have a familiarity through training.
• Preferably trained to a recognised configuration and change management standard – e.g. CMII Certified
