We are looking for a DMS-Project Manager (m/f) who is responsible for ensuring that all DMS customer and internal projects are tracked, managed and implemented in an effective manner, to the required specification and within budget.Responsibilities:- Project Planning - All documentation as required for the project scale to be created, revised and communicated throughout the team
- Ensure effective and timely communication between all members of project team - internal and external
- Ensure all solutions are tested and signed off by all relevant parties prior to implementation
- Produce all required Project Management documentation in line with PMO and DMS management expectations
- Provide expertise and knowledge in providing operational and technical solutions to customer situations, enabling project to be delivered on time and to customer expectations
- Responsible for escalating where necessary and working closely with key stakeholders to ensure departmental targets are achieved
- Full issues, risk and change control management and communication
- No direct budget responsibility
- This role does not have any direct line management responsibilitiesQualification/Skills:
- Prince2 certified (Foundation)
- Prince2 certified (Practitioner)
- Graduate calibre
- Ability to drive the implementation of multiple projects to agreed standards, and implement transition support to DMS Service Delivery and IT Teams
-Able to build relationships and operate in a Matrix model
- Excellent Project Management skills including Microsoft Project
- At least 3 years Project Management experience in a complex, multi-project environment
- Minimum 2 years experience working within Document management Solutions or related arena in an operational environment
- Experience of working within different levels within an organisation from Operative to Senior Executive
