We are looking for a software developer to join my client as a contractor working on SystemC to start in December/January. This will be a 6 month contract to begin with, with further prolongations likely working with an established client in Southern Germany.
The candidate should have strong technical background in design and verification of SystemC models.
Here is a synopsis of the requirements;
Understanding of IP data sheets
Development of SystemC models based upon IP data sheets
Development of verification environments
Maintenance of existing SystemC models
Problem solving & strong debug capabilities
Communication with customers
Skills required:
Good understanding of computer architecture
Proficiency in C/C++
Proficiency in SystemC
Familiarity of ESL tools (Synopsys) is advantageous
Understanding of ARM based Embedded systems
Scripting skills (Perl, Tcl/Tk, Shell, make) nice to have
Knowledge of clearcase
