Our client is currently looking for an Oracle Specialist (m/f) for a project in Stuttgart.Task description
* Support the service organization with expert know-how and optimization of the technologies
* Customer support for developments using the considered technology
* Supports a multitude of Service Management Processes, such as Incident, Problem, Change-Management and contributes to technology boards of the customer
* Planning of technology changes affecting several systems
* Diagnosis and resolution of severe Incidents and definition of measures to prevent severe Incidents
* Implementation of critical complex Changes
* Development of concepts for optimizing operation and implementation
* Testing, evaluation and implementation of operational tools
* Creation and update of technology related documentation and instruction documents
Skills
* Good knowledge in Oracle 9.x / 10.x / 11.x and DB2 UDB 8.x / 9.x
* Knowledge in ITIL, Unix and DB2 Administration
* Desirable: Oracle OCP, Remedy Ticketing Tool
