Validation and integration of transport network Ethernet/IP functions.Validation and integration of Femto and WLAN components into the specific multi vendor environment such as core network, mobiles, O&M tool chain, existing GSM, UMTS and LTE systems, IP based transport and security systems.
Derive test specification, execution of lab tests, documentation of results, follow up problems with suppliers, find and verify mitigations and solutions.
Education as engineer or comparable education with focus on telecommunication technology.
Very good and detailed knowledge for mobile telecommunication, especially of transport systems with focus on IP (router functions / IP mechanisms).
Knowledge in the radio part of Small Cell coverage solutions (Femto cells for WCDMA/LTE) and related protocols and features.
Knowledge in Microwave system components (radio link / IP functions).
Understanding of methodology of services and applications implemented in mobile networks, Specific knowledge and experience in testing/integrating/maintaining of radio systems within mobile telephony networks and associated HW and SW with a deep e2e system understanding.
Deep knowledge of working with personal computers and operating systems, preferably good knowledge of O&M-systems.
Language: fluently English - preferably also German
