Solution Designer Contact Centre Work Force Planning/Projektbausteinverantwortlicher Personaleinsatzplanung
My client is looking for a highly skilled Solution Designer Contact Centre Work Force Planning for a 6 month initial contract in Munich. You must be results orientated, able to build strong relationships and a team player.
You will be responsible for managing an experienced operations provider and a market leader for work force management applications. The analysis and technical execution of change request posted through your customers, as well as the monitoring of external changes is part of your day to day business. You always keep quality and performance of your service in close observation while you managed an efficient 1st and 2nd level and provide last level support yourself.
Requirements:
- Degree in Telecommunications or similar acquired knowledge
- Previous experience in IP Telephony/call center technology
- Experience with Erlang B/C Calculations
- Understanding of Contact Center Service Levels and constraints
- Experience in CISCO Call Center Enterprise Technolgy (Beneficial if knowledge in Alcatel/Avaya.
- Experience with PSTN and IP Telephony
- Previous project management experience
- ITIL certification and experience of ITIL V3.0
- English and German speaker.
