Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

wir sind momentan auf der Suche nach einem fähiger Netzwerktechniker (m/w) für den Bereich des 2.Level Supports.

Folgende Details liegen uns vor:

-Schwerpunkt des IT Spezialisten sollte der Bereich Netzwerk sein
-Der Kandidat würde für den Bereich Cisco eingesetzt werden, daher wäre eine Zertifizierung in Cisco wünschenswert
-Tätigkeitsfeld: Konfiguration von Switche und Konzepterstellung
-Reisetätigkeit sind erstmal nicht geplant, falls jedoch Reisekosten entstehen übernimmt der Kunde sie komplett

-Beginn: kurzfristig
-Einsatzort: Odenwaldkreis nähe Höchst im Odenwald
-Dauer ca. 4-6 Monate

Job Title: IT Operations 2nd Level

Description Administration of infrastructure support services related tasks and activities globally. Resolution of the root causes of problems in order to minimize the adverse impact on business that are caused by errors within the IT infrastructure. Prevent recurrence of these incidents.
Reporting to Manager IT Infrastructure Services
Direct Reports: None

Tasks
•Support 1st level technicians to resolve IT infrastructure problems across regions (AMER, APAC, EMEA).
•Provides coaching guidance to 1st Level technicians, ensuring delivery of high quality and proactive support.
•Escalate incidents to next level support when the solution is unknown or cannot be solved within defined time frames.
•Manage 1st level requests (problem management) and prioritize work based on defined SLAs.
•Leads/participates in determination of high quality and functional solutions which meet end-user requirements with emphasis on early problem identification/trends and root cause analysis.
•Deal with multiple users and prioritises service in line with business needs
•Implementation/Installation and administration/maintenance of IT infrastructure services with focus on availability, reliability and manageability following Trelleborg IT standard processes in coordination with responsible IT management.
•Support of asset management processes following defined Trelleborg IT standards.
•Education of 1st level technicians and end-users based on Trelleborg processes to make optimal use of Trelleborg business systems.
•Active contribution to Technology Services Team activities where required.
•Contribute ideas to improve IT processes/services.
•Support implementation of new and/or improved IT processes following Trelleborg IT standards.
•Improvement of personal skills within the area of responsibility.
•Implementation of and adherence to Trelleborg IT policies.
Follow Trelleborg standards like IT code of conduct, Trelleborg code of conduct and technical IT standards.

•Problems, solutions, results of project work as well as any elaborated results within the area of responsibility must be documented in an understandable manner.
•Work collaboratively with others to achieve group goals.

Requirements
•Associates degree of computer science or Bachelors degree.
Equivalent combinations of education, experience, and certification will be considered.
•Minimum 5 years experience of working in a preferably global IT organisation underlined by respective training certificates, such as CCNA; MCSE or equivalent.
•Experienced in implementing, documenting and operationally maintaining IT infrastructures.
•Experienced in interacting with external suppliers & service providers.
•Technical IT infrastructure knowledge with focus on globally positioned IT infrastructure technique.
•Analytical Skills; strong and flexible individual capable of dealing with the typical tensions that arise within an IT service environment; confident & customer focused; good problem solving skills with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
•Ability to develop and document procedures and processes
•Ability to manage own work schedule (good self-management skills)
•High level of customer focus and strong customer support commitment.
•Ability to cooperate with other individuals with a problem solving oriented attitude on a professional level.
•Good verbal and written communication skills in English combined with the ability to communicate effectively.
•Keen interest in working in a culturally diversified fast-paced environment.
•Ability to travel internationally as required by business.
