For our client, a globaly operating company we are currently looking for an experienced Senior Consultant / Project Manager (SAP Clobal IT Process Expert)Tasks:
- Creation of a support concept in a complex environment. Complexity comes from the organization as well as from the complex system evironment.
- System Environment based on CRM, HANA and Custom built solutions.
- Support comes from different organizational entities. 1st Level, Line of Business, 2nd and 3rd Level Global IT.
- Support Structure of the system also fragmented.
- Incident Management, Release Management, User Interface, Change Process for Developments.
- Definition of SLA.
- Budgeting Process
Profile:
- Ability to manage a run workstream in the project
- SAP Know-how: Global IT Processes Expert
- Hardware Know-how: CRM, HANA, NW
- Languages: German, English
Other IT skills: ITIL, Global IT process knowledge highly appreciated
