- Implementation of programming for internal and external customers
- Investment of frame contracts, client address data delivery master data in SAP
- Review of the electronically transmitted customer parts orders regarding appointments, parts standards, quantity, etc.
- Exchange of information and communication with the client
- Clarification of discrepancies and special cases with the principal
- The alignment of parts availability and capacity with the delivery location client in Poland
- Implementation and scheduling of parts orders in SAP deliveries
- Ensuring the clients time delivery for spare parts through on-time delivery
- Maintenance of the V2500 delivery statistics for spare parts
- Dealing with complaints such as Variations in quantity, damage in transit etc.
- Implementation of various special reports and analyzes (internal/external)
- Organisation of the program management team meeting
Qualification:
- Completed a technical or commercial studies (university/college) or equivalent qualification
- Good spoken English and written
- Knowledge and use of MS Office and good knowledge of SAP modules SD and Warehousing
- Teamwork in internal collaboration, as well as in dealing with customers
- Initiative and assertiveness
