Objectives:

  • Responsible for Business support & Business management activities including planning, reporting, analysing information based on organisational data (financial, effort, demand etc.)
  • Drive cross functional activities which involve data collection, communication at different management levels, data analysis and reporting, presentation, senior management communications etc.
  • Reports: Develop analysis, forecasts, insights and reporting of budget, suppliers, efforts, Support creation & improvement of reports using excel & SharePoint and create compelling presentations at Senior Management level
  • Support Management process of all suppliers including setup of supplier database, design of reports, financial reporting, supplier performance reporting etc.
  • Project support activities like Request Management, Project reporting, Effort tracking, Demand and Portfolio Management.

Tasks:
REPORTING

  • Support creation of different ITIL based concepts/strategies to support team deliverables
  • Drive cross functional activities which involve data collection, communication at different management levels, data analysis and reporting, presentation, senior management communications etc.
  • Create compelling presentations at Senior Management level and support and create management reporting
  • Create documentation for all the tools and processes in the Business performance management team.
  • Create excel/access based reporting solutions to enable various finance and effort related reporting done in the team.
  • Manage delivery of ad-hoc reports (excel and PowerPoint based) and data as required by Client's management or customers in an efficient and timely manner with the best quality.
  • Support creation of different adhoc & regular reports for senior management (PowerPoint, Excel)

SHAREPOINT

  • Support the delivery(mainly in reporting) of business administration services like order management, request management, portfolio management, demand management, effort and resource tracking & relevant reporting including state of the art tools. (including setup and maintenance of excel/SharePoint based tools)
  • Support the setup the team SharePoint site with the team documentation and implementation of basic excel databases & reporting currently in use by the team in SharePoint.
  • Setup the team SharePoint site to allow collaboration between the different teams (access documentation, user guides, reports etc).

Knowledge & Experience

  • >5 year of experience in the IT area with good knowledge in ITIL, business management (reporting, analysis, creating presentations, coordinating tasks/projects etc.), concept creation, driving cross functional activities in large scale, complex multi-functional, multi-national IT organization.
  • Good knowledge in financial topics including organizational budget management
  • Good experience in working with Microsoft solutions like Excel/Access/Powerpoint etc to generate reports/automated reporting solutions
  • Desired: Good working knowledge in Sharepoint (advanced user/admin knowledge desirable) to setup a sharepoint team site, create simple databases and automated reporting.
  • Experience in building and selling concepts and solutions for complex organizational problems.
