Für unseren Kunden in Köln suchen wir zum 02.01.2013 einen BO XI Spezialisten (m/w) für die voraussichtliche Dauer bis zum 31.12.2013.Ihre Aufgaben:
This job has two main roles:
1. Ongoing support and updating all kind of reports mainly based on Universe
2. Migration from BO version 5.18 to Version XI 3.1
• Responsible for the support and maintenance of the existing Business Objects
installation in Europe for HR Reporting.
• Maintenance of the Universe.
• Development of new reports.
• Tuning and enhancements of existing reports.
• User support for all business objects reports
• Install and configure BO XI r3.1 environment on new infrastructure.
• Provide guidance to the internal porting center team responsible for the migration of
the existing reports to BO XI r3.1
• Implementation of BO XI and decommissioning of old BO environment.
Ihre Qualifikationen:
• Solid knowledge of BO version 5.1.8 incl. ZABO and Supervisor, DeskI and WebI
• Solid knowledge of BO XI v3.1.
• Familiar with installation and setup of a BO XI r3.1 environment.
• OS (UNIX, LINUX, Windows) knowledge
• Solid knowledge in the maintenance of a complex Business Objects UNIVERSE
• Solid knowledge of SQL and Oracle
• Familiar with creation and maintenance of Views and SQL-optimization
• Familiar with Business Objects security setup and configuration
• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
• Strong team player
• Good communication skills
• VBA scripting experience (Nice-To-Have)
