Beschreibung
Task:The team is responsible for several support activities for the Shared Service Center platforms internationally. The billing systems are part of the SSC platforms. Since this systems are monitoring mobile as well as fixed telephone networks, experience in the referred networks are essential.
You are responsible to
- Control the systems operational quality.
- Communicate and cooperate with technical and business contacts.
- Resolve incidents and report problems using established processes and tools.
- Reporting on quality issues in an effective and timely manner.
Requirements (Must have):
- experienced in Linux operating systems
- very good knowledge of Oracle and SQL
- fluent english and german
- knowledge on support processes and also on data analysis
