Corporate IT is responsible for several support activities for the Shared Service Center platforms internationally.* you are responsible to control the systems' operational quality.
* communicate and cooperate with technical and business contacts.
* resolve incidents and report problems using established processes and tools.
* reporting on quality issues in an effective and timely manner.
* experienced in Linux operating systems
* very good knowledge of Oracle and SQL
* good knowledge of Shell Script (Bash oder ksh, oder sh), Java, HTML
* fluent english and german
* knowlege on support processes and also on data analysis
* QualityCenter
